The installation of straight display stands should not only pay attention to the safety of the lifting process, but also to the solidity of the welding and the anticorrosion of the joints, and continue to adjust until the safe location, the entire process by the command of a person.

(1) Drilling: fixing the purchased formed sheet iron to a suitable position, drilling with an electric drill: 5MM or 8mm, spaced according to the height of the external signboard system and the cost of production, the smaller the 10-inch center-to-center distance between LEDs, the better and, of course, the more expensive they will be.

(2) Light insertion: clean the drilled space and place the lights one by one.

(3) Wiring: first series and then parallel to the power supply, this step is more difficult, do not worry, each string has a reserved thread, general red to the power supply positive, black thread to the LED special power supply on the negative pole.

(4) Test aging: After all the LEDs have been connected, check that they are not bright, and then run the aging test for 24 hours.

(5) Sealant: attach the LED to the metal surface of the straight display stands.

(6) Retest, install.

The large installation of the straight display stands is a very important part of the project, and the fact that the straight display stands are not installed properly will not only affect the advertising effect but may also reduce the life of the straight display stands, in serious cases, there may even be security concerns.
